Sheet metal punching
With our CNC controlled nibbling machine we nibble sheets up to 3mm.
Construction
With the latest CAD software, we help find a solution to your problem.
Bending technology
175 tons help to edge sheets with a length of up to 4m. The whole thing is computer-assisted.
Sheet metal rolling
3 rolling machines bend plates in various radiuses.
Conventional machining
Turning and milling are of course part of our business! 2 lathes and a lid milling machine are in use with us.
Welding
We weld TIG, MIG, MAG and have 8 equipped welding stations.
Repair work
Sometimes a stainless steel part has a broken weld: If possible, we can help with a repair!
Safety engineering
As an ABUS partner, we will be happy to assist you in choosing a new door cylinder and also install it in the local area.
Leak testing
We can test the tightness of your components by means of dye penetrant methods or forcing pumps.
